Can you make an automation where it emails the entire sheet at certain time? or does it just work with specific rows?

Automation works using rows. So there's no straight way to email a full sheet at a certain time.

Still I believe there could be some workaround for this. I haven't tested it, but it should work.

It would require an helper column, preferably a checkbox, that you check depending on time/day with a formula like:

=IF(WEEKDAY(TODAY())=1,1,0)

That would trigger the checkbox on mondays for every row.
