Live Data Connector (ODBC) and Microsoft Login

Hi,

I'm used to get data from Smartsheet to Excel thanks to the Live Data Connector. However, I can't find a way to use it with a Microsoft login.

When the ODBC driver asks for credentials, the only way to access data is through an API key.

Can someone confirm that we can't use Power Query (with the ODBC connector) with a Microsoft login ?

Hi @Paul B,

Yes: you will need a specific API key to connect through ODBC as your email alias may not be enough.
