Forms Announcement: New enhancement for conditional logic
Hi Community,
As the PM for Smartsheet forms, I read and appreciate every piece of feedback that you submit. Since we released conditional logic for forms last spring, one of your most frequent requests has been the ability to conditionally show additional form elements.
I’m pleased to announce that you can now apply logic rules to the headers and dividers in your form in order to provide an even cleaner and more tailored experience for respondents.
You can always learn more about forms in our Learning Center.
Best,
Caroline

Update on February 25: Conditional logic for headers and dividers in forms is now available!
Hi all,
I love the enthusiasm for this new feature to conditionally show headers and dividers on your form! We identified an issue with the enhancement, so we temporarily turned it off so that we can address the issue and re-enable it for you. If you don't change anything on your form your conditional logic rules on headers and dividers will continue to function on the form your users open. However, if you go back to your form builder and re-save the form that logic will be removed and you won't see it as an available option in the form builder. We expect this feature to be available again shortly and I will update this post as soon as it is available again. We will also update the release notes with the status when it's available. Please respond to this post with any further questions.

Thanks for this useful addition.
Any suggestions on the limit of fields?

Hi, I was able to select the headers in the logic but headers are now not available in the conditional logic dropdown today, any idea?

Forms need to be part of the API.

Was working on Friday but now the headers and dividers not showing in the conditional logic "show fields..." menu.

Is anyone else having issues still? I have two different account logins and this functionality worked in one account yesterday, but not the other. Then today, no option for either account.

Same here.
I had a form built with this new feature. It functioned earlier today.
The client wanted the logic changed. When I went to change the logic I lost the ability to Select Dividers and Headers from the drop down.
Really would like this back.
