I am trying to use the Red, Yellow, Green balls for days.

This is the formula that I am using but its not populating the red, yellow, or green balls. Can someone please assist?

=IF([End Date]@row = "<16 days", "Red", IF([End Date]@row ="<32 days", "Green", IF([End Date]@row= "<32 days, >16 days, "Yellow")))

    Hi Jaclyn,

I think you're just missing the close quotes around your last conditional (the less than 32 days, greater than 16 days). I added those in an it worked right away.

    =IF([End Date]@row = "<16 days", "Red", IF([End Date]@row = "<32 days", "Green", IF([End Date]@row = "<32 days, >16 days", "Yellow")))

Hi @Jaclyn (Supply Chain Services) Hernandez

    Not sure I follow.

Do you want to check the number of days or check against the text (<16 days)?

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)

    I hope that helps!

Be safe and have a fantastic week!
