Smartsheet Automation to push data to Google Sheets

I want to create an Automation that when a cell is changed in Smartsheets a corresponding google sheets gets updated. The upper management uses google sheets, so when we update our Smartsheets we want the google Dashboards get updated real time.

Any advice of directions that can help.
