Getting a number from another sheet

Hi

I am trying to have a totals sheet. So I need to get the totals from other sheets and add them to the main sheet. I am confused by the formulas they are asking me to use. I need the total enrolled students from Honeybee (4 on bottom) to the top screenshot. Please help!

I would suggest a direct cell link instead of a formula.
