Deleted Rows on a Sheet (Form)

We created a detailed form in Smartsheet and used it for a survey (Form). When doing the data analysis we found that 21 rows of data were missing from the Smartsheet. The callers had marked on another spreadsheet the date they had completed those surveys, so it seems like they either:

A) did not hit save (which seems somewhat unlikely b/c they would have had to delete all data from the form to do the next survey), or

B) Smartsheet lost those records somehow, which also seems unlikely


Does anyone have advice or thoughts on how this issue can be resolved?
