Unfortunately, it's not possible to link to a report. A report is basically one or more sheets viewed differently.

You can link it to the sheet that is shown in the report instead.

you can create a link to a sheet or a row in a sheet.

but for a specific cell so far i dont think there is such feature. URL to a row is the closest solution

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
