Restricting who can edit a column

Is there a way ensure that only certain individuals can edit a column?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to set it by the Individual, only by sharing permission, but it's an excellent idea!

Please submit an Enhancement Request when you have a moment.

As a possible workaround, a solution that could be perfect for this use-case is the premium add-on, Dynamic View.

Is that an option?
