How to compare two cells for text to return a value

I have created a help column named Match. I want to look at 2 cells, check to see if the text is the same and return a text string of "Match' or "No Match".

=IF(([Original Team]:[Original Team]@cell),NOT([New Team]:[New Team]@cell, "Not Match", "Match"))

I keep getting an #UNPARSEABLE error.

Try something like this.

=IF(OR([Original Team]@row = "", [New Team]@row = ""), "", IF([Original Team]@row = [New Team]@row, "Match", "Not Match"))
