may I aks my question to Error: "This workflow is being prevented from running. Please correct the issue by editing your workflow."?

I wrote a short description of the 2 independent Workflows. Each has own control. What s NOK? Why GREEN Workflow will be disabled?

Hello Andree, if I delete one condition, then it's works. Of cause this shows not fully automated flow I want, but it's working. May be this issue is related to some Smartsheet limitation I don't know.
