How to break link between a MS Teams Tab and Smartsheet

I linked to Smartsheet from a Tab on a MS Team and now need to change the account used when completing that link. Does anyone know how to do this?

Hi @Shannon McGee

It sounds like you will first need to uninstall the Smartsheet bot integration in MS Teams (see: Block or Remove a Bot in Teams), then you will want to Revoke the integration within Smartsheet (Profile/Account > Apps & Integrations > Microsoft Teams (Direct Messages) > Revoke).

Once you've done this, you should be able to set this up again using the directions in this Help Article: Integrate Smartsheet with Microsoft Teams.
