Using Smartsheet for Knowledge Management

Does anyone use Smartsheet for Knowledge Management? I'm thinking of utilizing Smartsheet for this purpose ("How To" videos, templates for employees to use, ect). I was wondering if anyone uses if for a similar purpose if you could share any lessons learned, feedback, screenshots of how your set up works? If it were to be for several different branches in our office, could it be scalable and still feel organized/a good solution?

Hope you are fine if you searching for a smart sheet learning the Help and Learning Center is a very good place to start, and if you searching for templates to use it to design smartsheet application for each department of your company the Solution Center is the best place to start. and if you try to design your own Knowledge database you can utilizing Smartsheet by adding links to media and images and articles on Dashboard.

Curious to see if others have created a knowledge management within Smartsheet and can share how they implemented. I took a look at the the article that Glenn Z posted and searched with this community, but cannot seem to find anyone who has used Smartsheet for knowledge management. Thanks!
