Has anyone created a knowledge library within SS? I wasn't able to locate a template or examples.

How would you expect it to be used?

@Paul Newcome It would be used to store and share information with colleagues as a reference for a source of truth.

My brain must not have been running at full capacity when I asked that. Haha. It looks like @MCorbin has a pretty slick one set up.

Hi MCorbin,
I would love to know what template you used to create your knowledge base.
Thanks

@Rachel Bo - It's not a template (although now that I think about it… maybe I should clean it up and submit it to the template library - it would be helpful).
It's very simple - create the underlying sheet - date/who submitted (or who is responsible/SME, etc), Topic, Discussion (Whatever fields make sense for your topic) - here's an example of one of mine:
Then: Create a form for people to submit entries into the list…..
Then: Create a report to pull data from the list (advantage of the report is that you can sort it).
Then, put all of those on a dashboard (see screenshot above). I usually set it so that if you click on the report, it opens the underlying sheet.
