Using form for book appointment times

I want to use a form to allow sign up for meeting times. I would need the times available to either disappear after someone has selected it or be marked as unavailable automatically on the form. I thought to try locking the column after it is checked but that still allowed entry of data through new form submissions.

Hope you are fine, to do that you need the form to perform a search using a formula and unfortunately this isn't available in forms now, but you can design automation sending an update request ( with his submitted row )to the user after he signs up to show that the date he selects isn't available and give him a list of available dates.
