URGENT Need for help

Hello all,
I understand this might not be the real place to ask my question, but am stuck and in need of help.
My scubscription ends in a few days, and I am having trouble chenging my credit card details on smartsheet site. I have already submitted 2 support tickets, and written once to [email protected] without any answer. There used to be a number to call, but it has disappeared from their site.
Can anyone suggest to me how to get hold of smartsheet team? I really would not like my account to be suspended on the 26th (I have already received a notification in that sense)...

The Smartsheet Finance team is the correct department to be able to help resolve this issue, so I'm glad you've reached out to them already. I will touch base with them to ensure that they have received your messages, and I’ll follow-up with you on this post once I have more information.

Yes! I checked in again with our Finance team today and they have confirmed they have your information and you have been in communication, which is great. Please keep following-up in that thread so that they can sort this out with you in a private channel.
