Sheet is not visible in the folder it's located in, can only find it by using search feature.

I'm the owner of the sheet and I'm also the owner of the worskpace the folder is located in. How can I make it visible?

Strange!

Try the following, and if it still doesn’t work, and If you haven’t already, I would recommend that you reach out to the Smartsheet Support Team.

• Double-check the location by going to File > Properties?
• Try to reload the page.
• Try to logout and in again.
• Try another browser.
• Try the browser in incognito/private mode.
• Try on another computer.

Did any of those options work/help?

Hi Andre!

Thank you for your response. I tried all of your suggestions and I'm still having the problem. I have already contacted smartsheets but they haven't found a solution yet, seems like a glitch.
