Does anyone know of a way to automate Document Generation when a row is added? This would be really helpful for forms.

I agree automating document generation based on a row being added would be a great time saving feature for groups that deal with larger volumes of requests, orders, etc. I've added my voice in support by submitting an Enhancement Request.

Agree ... there is a need to

1. trigger the generation of a document automatically as part of a workflow;
2. include a mechanism to designate where a downloaded file lands (i.e. a path)
3. ensure format of cells (i.e., date) from SmartSheet columns is maintained.
