I am trying to put on a dashboard the number of vendor PO's that are due that week, as well as the quantities that are due that week. I currently have a report that will extract the distinct list of vendors but I am trying to get the numbers of PO's due by week as well as the actual quantity by vendor due that week.

How many sheets are involved? Can you use some =COUNTIFS() functions in the Summary panes and use Summary Reports to pull the data through to the dashboards? Then you can use Chart widgets on the Summary reports to show as charts?

Or could you set up a grid sheet with =COUNTIFS() functions to pull the stats into one place?

Within the report, you can use Group and Summarize tabs to count per group then you can put a shortcut to the report on the dashboard?
