"Ship Date" to Equal Begin Date IF the "Sort" Column equals 5

Good afternoon, looking to see if anyone knows how to write a formula that would make my "Ship Date" column equal my "Begin Date" If my "Sort" Column equals 5/

I tried this.....=If(Sort,5),[Begin Date]@row)

Bare with me please , just learning on formulas
