Conditional formatting not always working on "Modified (Date)" column.
I have a status sheet that is picked up in a Sight. For ease of recognizing updates, I use condirional formatting to change the text color on items modified n the last few days. This worked well initially, but now the formatting is not always being applied. The same text column is updated all the time.
Not sure what I may be missing here. Can anyone sugest something?

Frank,

Are you saying it worked before? I'd never used conditional formatting on the Modified column, so assumed it was a pre-existing bug.
Or are you referring to the Highlight feature?
If the second, the Highlight feature effects all users - so if someone changed it on the sheet, then everyone sees the impact of that.

Wow, thanks Craig. Read your other post and the issue seems to be associated with the UTC time. I am on the US Pacific time (UTC - 8) and the updates occured at 6PM Pacific (2 AM tomorrow UTC). I added a rule to apply the format to rows that have been updated in the future, and that worked!

Frank,
Glad I could help.
The UTC bug has been a pain in my ... for a while now since I ued to have engineers all over the world and now deal with customers there too.
