Copy folder for next year

Hello,

I have dashboard and few sheets for input data from various files, how can I copy all this working for next next year, keeping the templates? should i put all the files in one directory and attempt to copy? but the files are from various folders.

Hope you are fine, yes you can input in one folder and copy it but you need to rectify many rules like and not limited to:

1- the sharing permissions.

2- the references for formulas.

3- the reference sheets reports
