Help with Notification Workflow

  • I am also running into this issue, I have a sheet setup and I am trying to get my automation to work. I have had some basic success with setting an automation to run at a specific time, but I cannot get it to run at all when I am using just the most basic settings:


    Seriously, what am I doing wrong here? I have been trying to get this to work for a couple hours now!

    You'll have to add a condition or remove it (I think).

    I did add a condition and I have gotten my notification to run, but for some reason my customized message is repeated for each line that the email has in its report (i.e. if the PM has 12 items on their list, the message is repeated for each line - a total of 12 repeated messages).

    The only way I have gotten the automation to run the way I would expect is to set it to run at a specific time. I had been trying to use a trigger of just having a checkbox on the row, but it just triggered email notifications for the individual lines I was checking off AND changing a cell in the row. It didn't work the way I was expecting at all (check the box and it sends and email).



    Is there a way to just have the customized message show up once, with the rows showing the data below..? This automation is more quirky than I was expecting it to be...
