Email a list of License Expirations based on PC date

I have successfully setup an automation task to email me when License Expiration is due one week out.

How do I setup an automated task that will take the PC date and then look at the License Expiration column and email me with a list of expired License's after the PC date and keep emailing me the list until I have the dates updated?

I looked under the Automation menu but nothing seems to fit my criteria.

Anyone have thoughts on this?
