I have several projects that I am into every day. How can I have these auto-populate the screen instead of other irrelevant tabs?

Close all the Sheets/Reports that you don't want to see.
Organize the tabs order of the ones you do want to see.
If you have Smartsheet open in multiple browsers/browser tabs, close them.
Close Smartsheet (exit the browser tab in use) for the one you organized.
Reopen Smartsheet.
Your tab configuration should be 'remembered'.
Smartsheet stores the Sheets and Reports you have open when it closes.
Most recent closed wins, so make sure you 'tidy up' before you close the last one for the day.
