Dashboard Carts
Hi Smartsheeter's,
Please help me figure out how to display a widget on the Dashboard that would show the general state of several projects of the program in the form of a pie/doughnut chart.
SmartSheet issues a message - Invalid Data. To create a chart you must use numeric data.
As the next step I tried to create additional smartsheet to put together RYG Statuses statistics and show how many of tasks are Red, Yellow and Green.
Then I would like to show it in percentage ratio in Dashboard.
So far, the idea of using an additional smartsheet doesn't work.
Is it possible?
I would appreciate for any advise or link.
Thanks in advance

Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Hi Andrée Starå,
Thanks for your answer.
I have 5 projects in my portfolio. I want to create a single Dashboard for stakeholders, where they will see high-level information. If they need more detailed info, then by clicking on any widget, a person will receive the necessary detail (I understood how to do this).
An unresolved issue is the consolidation of information from different smartsheets (projects) into a single document, from which it will be possible to display a pie/doughnut chart on the Dashboard with general information such as Number of Projects by Status and Number of Projects by Health.
Example of Dashboard attached.
Thank you again
