How do I get to the email preference center tp stop getting emails that are non-project related

I do not want unsolicited emails to buy your product. We are forced to use by a trade partner on a project. Your emails say go to the email preference center, but none exists.

At the bottom of the email where it says "email preference center" this should be a hyperlink you can click on in order to go to the correct page to unsubscribe. It appeared like normal text for me until I clicked on it:

That link points to https://go.smartsheet.com/dc/<long unique string here> but go.smartsheet.com doesn't exist.
