Has anyone used Smartsheet card view to create a visual management board? I am looking to use an existing tool with Smartsheet versus starting something new.

    Exactly what do you mean a Visual Management Board..

    I have been practising lean for 27 years.. and have used many tools.. Right now I use some features of the Card View but it can become challenging depending on what you are looking to do..

    I track Tickets by a Status code but it shows all status codes in a swimlane even if there are no records..

    I get it but when I have 20 status codes it gets rather large to see on a screen.
