How to show the flag symbol as TRUE if a cell within a range = True?

I'm using the Flag symbol to identify at-risk for tasks within a project plan. Each task is a child of a milestone. I would like the Flag symbol to be TRUE if any of the tasks for that milestone are true.

The if formula for a single cell works =IF([At Risk]3 = true, 1, 0) but not within a range using the Contains formula with IF.

Try something like this.

=IF(COUNTIF(CHILDREN(), 1) > 0, 1, 0)
