Activity Log for Automated Workflow

Is there a way to see and track an automated workflow? Users are not receiving the workflow, but we have tested it and show it to be correct. Is there a way to show all activity associated with an automated workflow?

Is it a Alert, Reminder, Update or Approval Request?

Also check if the Automation Permissions are currently set to Restricted. You might want to change that.

First, make sure that you have allowed yourself to receive notifications properly in your Personal Settings (circle/profile in the upper right corner), and secondly check the Permission setting for the Automations. (cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview)

Hello Andree,

Thank you for taking the time to map that out. However, when I access my Personal Settings I do not see anything in any of those settings that pertain to automation. I don't see a Permission setting for the Automations nor a cog in the top right corner in the Automation overview. Perhaps I'm looking in the wrong location, but the attached photo is all I see.

Do you know if there is an activity log for automation?
