Same Sprint, Multiple Sheets

Hi Folks,

I work in a development/consulting team where we have resources working with multiple PMs and across multiple projects. Because of this we do our scheduling/resourcing together and operate on the same sprint schedule. So Sprint 1 for project A might be Sprint 3 for project B, but they have the same start and end dates.  So we traditionally our Sprints are done as "March 6th to March 10th".

Is there a way to setup a 'master' sprint list that all sheets can use or will this drop down need to be repopulated for every project/sheet that we run? This could be fairly time intensive for us given that we may have ~40 projects in flight at the same time with new ones starting every week. If each PM needs to carve out 20 mins per project to rebuild that list... :(

Any help/suggestions, would be very welcome,

~Scott

Are you only looking to update the dropdown lists?

Yessir. We're hoping to align the drop downs across all sheets to match our current method (used in Trello) giving date ranges to our sprints so we can keep them aligned. Using the standard sprint 1, sprint 2, sprint 3, is confusing for our team b/c we can either setup that the 9th week of 2017 is sprint 9 but based on our template project plans sprint 9 is an actual milestone so cards for project A being in Sprint 9 and cards for project B being in Sprint 9 could potentially mean different things.

Anywhoo... yeah. Long answer to wanting to update the dropdowns in a central location so all sheets reference that same updated dropdown.
