I'm new to smartsheet. I was wondering if it was possible for a requestor to edit a request they have already sent in after submitting the form or do they have to fill out another form?

Hope you are fine, no need to submit it again, you can send to the requester update request to update the data you need him to update

Yes, but you'd either need to send another update request manually or automatically. Another way would be for the requestor to request it with another form, in a sheet or a report.
