How to save Dashboard and associated reports/smartsheet by another user's workspace?
I created workspace that contains a folder with a dashboard, reports and a corresponding Smartsheet schedule. The idea is that this folder and it's contents are to be reused by other fellow PMs in my team. They would access the workspace, select the folder and save as new into their own workspace, which they are able to do. However, the files saved to their workspace still list me as the owner.
How can I create the workspace/folder/files so when the other PMs saves as new it will save with them (PM) being the owner?

Hi @Art Ordonio
I hope you're well and safe!
Are you the owner of the other Workspaces?
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

Hi @Andrée Starå, yes, being safe and healthy. Thanks for asking. I hope you are also safe and well.
Yes, I am the owner of the workspace that contains folder that as the original dashboard, reports, and schedule. The intent of this folder and its contents are to be treated as templates for the other PMs
to reuse for their projects. But I have noticed that when the other PMs access my workspace and copies the folder into their own workspace, the folder is copied and save with them being the owner. However, the files within the newly copied folder the ownership of the files remained as me and not the other PM.

Sorry, but screenshot did not save in attached document.

Problem resolved.
As I demo the workspace folder and copied it in the other PMs workspace, it behaved as it should have, meaning I as the owner, logged in as myself it saved the files as me as the owner.
I had the other PM login as himself, copied and save the folder into his own workspaces and ownership was all his.

Excellent!
Glad you got it working!
