Is it possible to consolidate or sync users?
I have this individual account that I used when I got my product user certification. Then I worked somewhere and was the system admin for the company. I recently moved to a new job where they are starting to use Smartsheet. Can I consolidate these users?

Hi @M King
The way to do this will depend on your plan-type. System Administrators on both the Enterprise and Premier Plans have a "user merge" feature to combine two user profiles into one. (See this Help Article for more information: User Merge.)
If you're on a different plan, you can transfer all your owned sheet from one account to the other (see here: Change Ownership of a Sheet, Report, or Dashboard). Then if you want the two emails to both be on the same account, you will need to remove the email from the first account (by adding a different email as the Primary), then add it to the other account as a secondary email (see: Change the Email Address Used with Your Smartsheet Account).

Hello @Genevieve P ,
I had a profile via my last job. Now I am at Northeastern and still using Smartsheet. However, I am getting an error that I can't use my own name as my User Name because it's associated with my former profile with my last job.
I'm looking to sync those. My former job should have removed my license, etc. So I don't have any control over that. I don't need to transfer sheets or anything but I would like to not have to move from profile to profile if I change jobs.
Does this make sense? I'd like to keep my profile, even though my email address changes.
