Linking from another project plan

Can you refer another project's milestone in your project plan by providing a link or actual predecessor activity from another project?

Hope you are fine, you can use cell linking and you can use a formula (Vlookup or Index with Match ) to link upon specific criteria if you can provide a screenshot ( remove any sensitive data ) i can help you to do that.
