I also want tables in forms. How I would like to use it is a blank table with column headers. We have many Word forms at our company and we are in the process of going paperless but we have been having difficulty in moving completely that way. I've had to create the tables in Excel or Word, save in a network folder and link to a website and insert the URL to that page (not the Excel or Word form) since the browser flags the file as unsafe when opening via Smartsheet.

What is another solution?

I don't understand how creating a multi-dropdown is a sufficient replacement for a table? I want to be able to refer to a table/chart/image to help people answer certain questions on the form.

Agreed, being able to add a table, chart, image, etc. to the form would be absolutly amazing as it would solve many other issues for us. In word, I can create a "form" and have these items to reference - this is what is CRITICALLY needed here.

I think in this case use a dashboard instead. You can include the form and a report (both are interactive with the same source sheet). We need to get creative if there are limitations with Smartsheet. 🤔
