Checkbox in Automated Email Reminders
Hello,
I have an automated email that is sent to certain recipients whenever a form is filled out. The automated email isn't indicating when a checkbox is marked on the form. It always shows the same red X whether the checkbox was selected in the form or not. (See Below) Is there a way to change this to show if a checkbox has been selected?
Thanks,
Miles

Miles,
That looks like your email server blocking images. Do you have a "Click here to download pictures" option at the top of your email?
I use the Outlook desktop app and it looks like this:
If you click on the "click here to download pictures" line and then click Download Pictures, it should allow the picture to load. Hope this helps!
Best,
Heather
