Some milestone icon not display in Gantt View

Hi,

I created a project plan with a gantt view with sign-off milestone and I wanted to have the diamond icon show for all milestone. Some of the milestone have a diamond icon defaulted but some of the milestone is not link with the icon. I am not able to find any option to edit the icon.

Refer to the screenshot, the go live readiness and warantty completion sign off to show diamond icon. I tried in both project plan and report gantt view but not successful.

Kindly advise. Thanks

Hope you are fine, as i see in your chart you have a duration for sign off milestone, when you have a duration for the activity you will not see the diamond icon.
