Does anyone know of a way to automatically update a Drop-Down List?

I have managed to used Data Mesh to send data from one sheet to another but there doesn't seem to be a way of updating a dropdown list. i.e. we give users a dropdown list of project and budget codes but every time I add a project, I have to update all the sheets which lookup project codes.

Any ideas?
