Printing Multiple Rows

Good morning gurus! Here is our question of the week!

Is there a way to print multiple rows at once in a format that is actually legible? (See tiny picture below.)

We have tried "generating documents" but don't want each row on a different sheet. We have tried increasing the font on the sheet itself, but it has to be a ridiculously large size in order to be read on the print out (which in turn spreads the rows onto multiple pages). I would like to find a solution within Smartsheet rather than exporting to another program, if possible.

Hope you are fine, did you tried to use the Document Builder

@Bassam.M Khalil we did try the document builder, but they weren't happy with each line printing on a different page. If we could make them all print on one page, that would be a solution for us.

Hope you are fine, unfortunately, this option is not available now in Smartsheet you can submit Smartsheet Product Enhancement Requests to draw the attention of the Smartsheet developer team to this option.

• How many rows can it be that you'd want to show on one page?
• How many columns should be included?

@Andrée Starå we have ~25 columns. No more than 10 rows at a time I think.
