How to add clickable hyperlink in "Request Data" form?

Hi,

In the message body of the "request data" form, I've pasted a URL.

The URL is clickable when it comes in the email notification. However, when user proceed to click into the form to update, the hyperlink in the message body becomes non-clickable.

Please advise on this?

Unfortunately, as far as I know, it's not possible at the moment, but it's an excellent idea!
