How to check date overlap

Hello,

In my smartsheet, I have start date and end date columns. I want to know the any overlap between end dates.

For example, if i entered two dates on "end date" column, the smartsheet should trigger an error.

Hope you are fine, you can do that by using workflow. if you can supply a screenshot i will help you to configure it.
