Smartsheet contact list not pulling through for Editors

Hi everyone,

I am currently experiencing an issue where some Editors in my organisation do not have names populate from a dropdown in the assigned to cell in their project plan from the Smartsheet address book, but instead they can assign only to a small select group of Admins. They are also getting a message across the top of their screen saying they have limited access and they should upgrade to access more features.

We have it set that if you start to type 'Lo..' for example, all Louises, Lorraines etc. will appear and they are not able to see this. Most people are using this fine, but a select few hitting the issue.

Can anyone advise as to where the issue may lie here?

Hope you are fine, try to add all user in your organization to your smartsheet contact list

Thank you for your response. The issue is that the users are all in the smartsheet contact list - other users are able to access them with no issues. We are wondering where the issue is with permissions, as affected users are set up the same as everyone else.
