Does anyone else have problems with phantom duplicated information on Card View?

Card view is only available to use on smartphones and tablets. I created a sheet in the normal spreadsheet view. We'll be using tablets and smartphones to input data throughout our production process using the card view. However, when you start inputting data it duplicates itself further down the card. Its really random how it does it - there's no correlation between any of the cells and I haven't set any rules.

I just wondered if anyone else gets this problem?

I've attached some screenshots below - I entered the information starting from the top down to line 15 ('MVHR Type Installed'). The fields after this have populated themselves. Some of these have been copied from the data that I put in e.g. 'QA Form' appears where it should be a 'yes' or 'no', however there are 2 in screenshot 3 which say 'Yes' but I'm not sure where this is pulling from!

Btw. Card view work in the browser as well.
