How to use SUMIF to cross reference two sheets
I am working on a sheet, Electrical Inventory Modification, that collects part numbers and quantities based on a form that employees fill out. I have another sheet, Electrical Inventory List, that already has a list of parts and quantities. I want the Electrical Inventory Modification sheet and the Electrical Inventory List sheet to automatically take the part number and cross reference it with the same part number on the other sheet. I then want the two list to add the quantities together onto a third sheet. The third sheet will then just have one part number and quantity per item and have the correct number of items added from the other two sheets. Is something like this possible in Smartsheets?
Thanks!

I hope you're well and safe!
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, [email protected])
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!
