Can I set conditions at the sheet level?

Hi everyone

I have 2 questions that I need help with please!

Info: I have multiple columns in my sheet that are a Yes/No dropdown.

Question 1: rather than having to set a condition for each and every column to change the cell to green when 'Yes", can I do this easily for the whole sheet somehow?

Question 2: Once I set a condition (sheet or column level), if I save the sheet as a template, will the condition be saved also?

Thank you! I did submit the suggestion. As this is a sheet I use with each and every client, at least I will just have to do the conditioning in the template :)
