Moving a group of rows to complete sheet
Hi! I am creating a month end checklist for our Accounts Payable dept. My idea is that all rows are visible even if checked off until the final Month End Close Complete is checked. After this, Row 1-55 would be moved to a completed sheet and a new month would start the exact same way. I cannot figure out how to move a group of rows instead of just one. Thank you for any help in advance!

I hope you're well and safe!
Are you using parents and children?
Can you describe your process in more detail and maybe share the sheet(s)/copies of the sheet(s) or some screenshots? (Delete/replace any confidential/sensitive information before sharing) That would make it easier to help. (share too, andree@workbold.com)
I hope that helps!
Be safe and have a fantastic week!

The simplest way to set it up would probably be to add a so-called helper column.
Add a checkbox column and reference the checkbox on row one in all other rows, so when you check row one, all will be checked.
Set up the workflow to trigger from the helper column.
Make sense?
Would that work?

Hi,
I am collaborating with Jessica on this. The helper column works accept it moves the row as it is checked. We don't want any rows to move until the last row is checked. That would be the trigger to move all checked rows. Thoughts?

I'd recommend creating another helper column (checkbox) and update the hierarchy, so the top row is the parent, and then set up the move row automation to move when the helper is checked.
You'd then check the top row helper column, and that should move the parent and everything below to the other sheet.
Make sense?
Did it work?
