Gantt Chart - Percentage Complete

Hi,

I'm new in Smartsheet coming from the MS Project world.

I'm trying to include the % of task completion in a gantt chart.

I'm filling in the % complete column but nothing appears on the gannt chart (contrary to what is described in https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765737-project-sheet-columns-start-date-end-date-duration-complete-and-predecessors)

I noticed that in Project Settings, the pull down menu for '% Complete Column' does not include the '% Complete' option (contrary to what is again ilustrated in https://help.smartsheet.com/articles/765737-project-sheet-columns-start-date-end-date-duration-complete-and-predecessors)

Have I messed with any of the settings?

Did you create the percentage complete column yourself?

If so, is it formatted as a % column using the % button in the toolbar?

I am curious to the same. The % complete is not showing on my Gantt either but would like it to do so.

Here is a quick video demonstrating the creation of the percent complete column based on a brand new sheet and converting it to GANNT. You have to remember that when a column is tied to percentages it works of part of a whole number... .1 is 10%.
