How do I set up a QR code to a dashboard and what publishing and permission settings are needed?

We would like to create a dashboard with a policy and possibly other elements like a form. We would like anyone to be able to view the information on the dashboard (so they will be outside our account, may not have a Smartsheet acct/license etc). What publishing/persmission would be needed and how do I generate the QR code?

• You'd need to publish the Dashboard and other Smartheet items. (Sheet = Any option, as long as you don't activate the, Only available to users in the owner's account. Dashboard/Reports = Only one option.)
• For the form(s) - Deactivate the, Require people to log in...

Regarding QR code.

There are many free QR code generators, and it's also possible to create them in Google Sheets.
