For those in finance, do you use smart sheets to manage long-range planning of clinical trials, as well as program plans? Would love to hear ideas and connect!
Hello,
We use Smartsheets for Clinical Trial planning and execution in terms of Gantt charts (at detailed clinical trial level and at cross-program level). These then inform our Financials. We do not put our financial plans in Smartsheet as our budgeting and financial systems are not integrated with Smartsheet and our Finance managers have found Excel to be easier for their purposes.
As a point of reference, I work at a global health non-profit and my team manages vaccine programs.
